At Evelabs Technologies, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive high-quality, reliable products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive a defective product, our return and replacement policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.


Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Product: If the product is found to be defective, non-functional, or physically damaged on delivery.
  2. Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
  3. Missing Components: If any essential parts or accessories are missing from the package.

Conditions for Return

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or altered products unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Products must be returned through authorized Evelabs logistics partners.

Inspection & Verification

Once the returned item is received, our technical team will inspect the product.

  • If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect, a replacement or repair will be processed at no additional cost.
  • If the issue is determined to be due to improper use, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage, the product will not be eligible for a free replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only if a replacement unit cannot be provided.
  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after verification and approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and technical reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Consumables such as batteries or accessories that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
  • Custom configurations or specially manufactured systems made to order.

Warranty Support

All Evelabs products come with a standard one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty service may include repair, replacement, or software update as determined by our technical team.
